The front desk staff were amazing! Room was a bit small but that is because the bed was big which I loved! Location was excellent. Breakfast didn’t start until 7:30 - if you went on a tour they wanted you at the square by 7:50. Didn’t work very well.

Excellent location to visit Lisbon! Very well placed to visit the city. The metro Rossio is not far. the busses and trams are in the neighboring. In this hotel, you are in the center of the city. Rooms are not so big but very clean and quiet. The beds are good and you sleep well. Breakfast is OK. Good quality for the price and the location. Was very good. Nothing to say. Rooms a bit tiny, but OK.

It was extremely close to everything a tourist might need. Restaurants, transportation, groceries, attractions etc. The breakfast was repetitive.
