Location was great and bed was comfortable The tv had tons of channels but not the World Cup

The staff was very helpful whenever we needed information or a taxi. The accomodations were better than we expected and totally met our needs.

The staff were very accommodating. We were initially placed in a rather small room. Upon request we were moved to a more comfortable one. The bathroom was comfortable and well appointed, towels changed daily, and the room was kept very clean. Nothing, really, other than the location was not as direct when using public transportation to downtown areas.

The staff was not very helpful . There was no tea bags or kettle or even complimentary bottled of water in the room. Had to ask for slippers , toiletries which should have been in the room on check in...

Great location and facilities, enjoyed everything. Breakfast was simple but delicious and satisfying.

Very modern bathroom, two windows in our room with nice view. Nice front desk staff. Heating didn’t seem to work. Chair in room was ripped and smelled. Roughest toilet paper I have ever had the pleasure of engaging with. Strange, a beautifully chic renovated hotel, but with nickel and dime shortcomings.

Staff did not interact very much. Ex: no assistance attmept with bringing luggage up/down stairs. Ex: less response to questions regarding water bottle availability. Wouldn't say they were not friendly but no small talk but maybe that's the culture there. Would still book again..

Spacious room, very clean, with a comfortable bed and good lighting. There’s a free coffee machine and tea station, plus a large desk that’s great for work. I ordered room service for dinner twice, the prices were fair and the food was surprisingly good. Mineral water came at an extra charge, which was disappointing, many hotels of this level offer it for free with daily refills. Also, coffee capsules were not replenished, I only received two for a three-night stay. The gym was nice but rather small, and there was no water available there, which was quite strange

Breakfast

The room was pretty clean, but there was some mold on the bath door. There was something with the shower water temperature - super hot or super cold. Breakfast did not taste good and didn't have a wide selection. Both elevators didn't work well (skipped floors, didn't respond, shake), and we couldn't skip it as we were accommodated on the 7th floor. Should be taken into account that it's pretty far from touristic locations and you need to take a bus/ metro/ taxi.

Well situated. Comfortable lobby and bedroom. Dividing door between bedroom and lobby with bathroom nice feature. Also liked floor with no carpet Clean but smell of disinfectant too strong and overpowering in corridor and room Tv screen useless and couldn’t not see anything. Complained but no resolution of problem. Mel of disinfectant overpowering. Breakfast mediocre. Had too wait for overworked staff of two to refill juices and yogurt. Standard of room cleanliness fell after first day.
