The customer service was below expectations! :( At arrival, we were surprised that we can’t get an extra bed for the kids, only the sofa bed was available (although at the time of booking we specified that we are a family of four). Also although we enjoyed the variety of food at the breakfast buffet, some of the staff working there were unfriendly.

The property was excellent and clean and the staff was very helpful and welcoming The food quality was low and expensive and I didn’t like that I had to pay fees for the room service to deliver my food to my room. So it was 10 euros deliver fees per order

the facilities that i paid extra for a river view room and when i got there it was a view on a parking lot. the rooms were very hot and impossible to sleep in and when asked for an AC they replied that i needed to upgrade to a suite in order to get an AC which was an additional cost. the rooms weren't clean and sometimes wouldn't cleaned for a few days even when directly requested. not the friendliest of staff

The stuff was friendly and helpful. The room’s design is pleasant and the bed was comfy. 1. Very poor sound proof window from outside . You can hear the train passing and cars stopping and accelerating at the stop lights. 2. The food in the restaurant was burned and tasteless. Not expected at the price level the restaurant charges- not recommended.
