The room itself was rather good. The bed was super comfy. The shower was relatively spacious too. There also was a kettle and a coffee machine available. I also did like the breakfast. The soundproofing was none-existent. My room was by the elevator. I could hear it constantly. There was also a door to other rooms by my door, I could hear it's being slammed incessantly. It was horrible. Earplugs are a MUST. I also got just one single roll of toiler paper (why?), and a body lotion was not provided either. And I didn't have a shower gel as it was for some reason replaced with a regular hand soap. Yet again, why? This was weird. I expected more of a 4-star hotel. I was coming from a 2-star hotel in Faro and I would never expect a 2-star hotel to be better and more comfortable...

The zero floor rooms has no windows that you can open. If you need fresh air - ask for the upper floors.

I like the staff, the room, the hotel was near by everything, the train 28 travel nearby. The only thing I didn't like, although it may have been due to something I was doing, was that water from the shower would leak into the room whenever the water pressure was high.

Very good location. Good design. Very clean. Very helpful staff at the reception. Good but very simple breakfast. Comfortable beds. The zero floor rooms has no windows that you can open. If you need fresh air - ask for the upper floors.

Room was clean, there was a kettle, coffee machine, safe and bathroom amenities. Air Con was good, location was superb and staff are exceptional. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel so I can’t comment on that. Thin walls and noisy during housekeeping hours, tiny room and lack of windows to let in light which also don’t open.

The room was clean and quiet. The door didn’t close without slamming the door hard shut. We had asked them to fix it, but they hadn’t. After cleaning the room, the cleaners did not manage to close it properly and we found the door to our room unlocked and open.

The front desk is available 24 hours and they were very, very helpful to us. Daily room service was excellent. We had breakfast at the hotel only once and it was very good. As to location, the hotel is within a five minute walk to the nearest train, bus and or tram stop. It is also surrounded by good restaurants, bakeries and pubs that you can easily walk to.
