I dont like seeing staff bicker and managers making awkwardness
-
Everything beautiful place perfect service and exceptional staff Nothing
-
room service involved going to the front desk - either phone wasn't working or understaffed and couldn't answer. otherwise great experience and lovely grounds/pool.
-
Beautiful hotel! Nothing

It really is a palace! Staff extremely cordial and helpful. Bar and dining room staff cordial, and made me, as a single female guest, feel very welcome and comfortable. Food very, very good. The rooms are built around the hotel in modern architecture, and a map at check-in or a printed copy in the room would have been very helpful for navigation.

Staff and facilities needed to uber or taxi for everything outside of hotel
-
First class with everything Nothing. It was perfect every day and we stayed there for 4 nights
-
Everything! Everything perfect!
-
The hotel was exceptional, the staff was impeccable, and the food was excellent. It’s a little bit of a walk to get to other shopping and restaurants, but it was worth it to stay at such a nice

Building and grounds lovely. Breakfast very good although staff not very attentive. We had suite. It badly needs updating. Lights use only very dim bulbs. No usable electrical plugs near bedside or anywhere else for that matter. To use cofffee and/ or hot water heater you have to unplug a lamp and put the appliance on the floor. Carpet needs replacement or good cleaning. To charge phones, laptops, earbuds, etc must use hare to reach outlets near desk in sitting room…very inconvenient

Everything at the Pestana Palace was wonderful. The room, the staff, the hospitality, breakfast buffet was incredible! I cannot think of anything I did not like. Everything was great!

Slippery bathtubs--nerd new anti-slip guards on the tub floor. Also, the hotel is a huge maxi, and it's difficult to find your way around. More signs pointing directions to the different hotel areas and signs pointing to room numbers would be helpful.
-
It was an oasis in a crazy busy city! Nothing. It was perfection. From the fabulous brunch, the service, facility, grounds and every detail.
-
It was beautiful and very quiet. The gardens were fabulous. The staff was Friendly. And it was Clean. The breakfast was amazing. Yummy. The bar service was extremely slow and it’s not the staffs issue. The property doesnt have enough staff For The bar at night. Our waiter was fabulous but exhausted and run down and tired of people getting mad at him. I think you should put more staff in bar at night. Plenty in the morning - you feel you are being watched.

Absolutely everything. This property is stunning, the staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are gorgeous, and the dining is excellent. The breakfast buffet is so fabulous I wish I had more room for all of their delightful offerings! It will be our #1 choice every time we come to Lisbon, even if it is a bit off the beaten path. The service for food in their bar area can be slow. It’s Europe. But that’s hardly a huge negative.
-
The room had nothing special and wasn't located in the palace building, rather ex-centered in an arm without view nor charm.
-
Terrible customer service and I got food poisoning from their room service shellfish pasta dish.
-
The building and the gardens The worst service I’ve ever experienced in my 50 years of staying in hotels. 1 hour for luggage to come to the room. 30 minutes for check-in. Called both room service and guest services 14 times and the phone was never picked up, had to get dressed and go to reception to place an order for my child. Brought our own luggage on check out as nobody answering phone at the hotel, I even tried calling 5 times from my mobile and not just the hotel phone. Had to leave without checking out as was waiting so long we would have missed our flight.
