This location is right next to the famous Tram 28 line, and despite being close the noise wasn’t too bad. It’s nestled in Afama, and the streets are quite narrow with inclines and stairs. It had a beautiful ambiance. The location is near a beautiful church and is walking distance to many sites. The desk staff were great, and there was a great coffee shop right next door. The suite itself was very spacious with plenty of space to lay out your luggage and whatnot. The property itself was great, but if you plan on ordering uber/bolt rides, many drivers may cancel due to the narrow streets/competing tram traffic before one will accept the ride. It was never a true issue but you may need to wait a bit.

The location is great. Right beside one of the stops for the Trolley. There are two coffee shops right outside the door. A little store and restaurant just up the hill a bit. My little apartment was in the annex. The lighting on the stairs casts a strong glare.

The location was excellent and the rooms were spacious. The reception was available at all times. Nothing

The location was fantastic - quiet but still centrally located. We really enjoyed the apartment style rooms.
-
Location Ned was too hard, sleeping in the couch.

Great location, right off the trolley line The flat was barren for the size. Missing a few key kitchen tools, no espresso machine in room. Also added charges for kids that didn’t exceed the occupancy of the room. Lacked clothes hanging space. No toiletries.

No breakfast, I like the location- the apartment was comfortable- very clean I prefer personal contact over doing everything through emails and phone calls. A receptionist who can answer questions and provide help when needed. When I arrived it took me a long time to get in because I had not completed my online check-- in ( my fault) there were two times the street door would not open and had to wait until it worked (not too long maybe five minutes but annoying not knowing if it was going to work. Lastly, I was given the room at the very top (8 flights of stairs) Im 76 years old so I had to really plan my trips and ended up not doing as much because of the climb. Otherwise everything was good.

Spacious and clean. Good location. Have to pay for coffee pods. Beds aren’t too bad but not the best.

The location is a good spot, however during this weekend there were a lot of road closures due to the holiday (mid June) and it was very difficult or impossible to get bolts / Ubers to pick us up or drop us off. If you come during this particular week you may want to stay in a part of town that is not as affected by this. Or be prepared to walk.

Very little. It was a most unpleasant way to begin our trip to Portugal The lobby was dark and uninviting. We had booked what we thought was un upgraded suite, but the noise from the trolley right under our window prevented us from getting any sleep. We were supposed to return to this hotel at the conclusion of our trip, but when we were told that we would be getting the same room, we cancelled those plans. We were not offered any other alternative. Had we known that for an additional $12 we could get a room at the back of the hotel, we would have done that, but we were told there were no other options

The property had so much old world charm, the room was so spacious and beautiful and the view from the rooms many windows to the street below and the trains was truly special. The hotel is in such a fun, historic neighborhood with so many great restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. I highly recommend the 13 minute walk to the castle for breathtaking views of Lisboa and a fado dinner at one of the tavernas nearby. Reception also let me borrow a couple of US to EU outlet converters which really came in handy after a long flight. Nothing. the stay was amazing

Bed, close to everything, clean

Room was good, had room coffee and tea, the bathroom was clean but small. The location was what we wanted, being in the middle of the historic district.

Beautifully renovated, clean, stylish.

We have 2 big bags so we requested lower (1st floor) but your 1st floor was the top. Was hard as there were no elevator! Thank goodness, a young Front desk man helped upon checking out. The location was alittle away from other areas so we took Bolt/Uber alot or climb the hilly Alfama. Young lady upon arrival was very polite and helpful. We enjoyed the big double bed and full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave etc The room had a distant river view fr bedroom and LR- very spacious but certain areas in room hD low slanted ceiling so my husband at 6’3” kept hitting his head.
