We stayed here for one night to visit Sintra. It was a convenient spot to do that- easy to find and great parking. Rooms were clean and check in was easy. Breakfast was pretty good and everyone could find something that they liked. We saw the woman working at the breakfast area pick up serving utensils from the floor and put them back for people to use! I gave them back to her and told her that they needed to be washed first or replaced and she was rude in her response.

I couldnt believe in summer and a very hot weather and there is no refrigerate in the room we couldn't preserve our medicines nor drink a cold water in 34 ° temperature it was the first and will be the last time

"There is no variety or addition to the breakfast itself every day. The room is somewhat comfortable, but the hotel needs maintenance and renovation. The furniture is old, some of the curtains in the lobby don’t work, and there is no fridge in the room considering the price paid

Parking and close grocery store. Not 2 actual beds, one is a foldable bed. It’s not the same and the room description is misleading.

Breakfast is very good, parking is great, and is very close to a grocery store. Not actual 2 beds as in room description, one is a foldable. Check in was confusing and staff was arguing among themselves.

There was only a dry iron which we had never used before and couldn't quite figure out, so someone from the straff was helpful enough to iron a shirt and a dress we had brought for a wedding. There isn't really anything near the hotel. We booked this hotel because it was close to a venue where we were attending a wedding, but for everything else we had to take a Uber. Breakfast was acceptable but not exactly great either.

Hotel really good and staff friendly and helpul. Little far from main touring areas and downtown, because we did not find a hotel with private room. So we decided to be on HI Oeiras.. and we had to take UBER the whole time. No regret and we would be back here.

I appreciated the fact that the hotel management allowed us to check in early, after I requested for that. I also would like to point the friendliness and hospitality of the lady who manages the hotel. The fact of not having a small fridge in the hotel room, in case I wanted to store something or drink cold water.

That’s the second time we stayed there! Last time in 2023, we didn’t fancy much to be honest. It was an ok hotel, breakfast was poor! But we picked there as it was close to the concert we were going! This time was different! They improved the breakfast which made a huge difference! It’s really good to see that they improved as a result of the reviews! Would definitely come back!
