Location Dirty pool. I went to the toilet in the morning and there were no napkins. I wasn’t informed that rooftop is under renovation. It should be said on the website.

I loved the location, the pool, the friendly staff, the clean dorm with interior bathroom, and the fact that they would hold my baggage at no cost before my room was ready and after check-out as I ran a few errands. The locker at my bed had a broken hasp and the curtain rod was bent downward, causing me to hit my head on it.

Location In the last month we have stayed in 17 different locations within Portugal and Spain and this was the worst. It was very difficult to find, with no signs anywhere .when I expressed my sentiments at front desk they were rude and said to write a review. The pool was green. The rooms were very warm with no fans or circulation. The bathrooms were shared among several rooms, dirty and not frequently checked .

• Can't get much better than this.l, but for the price... you can. Noise: 5/10 • The rooftop was closed and under extremely loud construction the entire 4 days, so we couldn't go up there at all. • The neighbor's dog never shut up and was annoying as hell, but that's not their fault. Room: 7/10 • I had a private room overlooking the pool. • Glad I had a fan. • Nice bathroom. Facilities: 6/10 • Was not given a tour. So, I only know my hallway. • There is a cafe on-site, but I never saw it open. • I was never told about breakfast until my last day when I asked about it. The staff reply was, "It's $14." Staff: 2/10 • I can't blame the entire anti-social Gen Z, but I can blame the management for hiring people who seemingly go out of their way not to speak to their customers, smile, talk about their city, nor even acknowledge other humans. It was just strange.

Room was very nice, large and happy they could arrange an upgrade because I would not have survived without an aircon. The decor was pretty. I was super happy that we had an aircon, but the aircon was very loud and left a large puddle of water almost every day. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice

There was not proper kitchen to prepare meals but I was allowed to make tea and coffee.

The only thing that i didnt like is that their security is poor and their hospitality could have been better in this scenario. Somehow someone got the details of my booking and sent me a phishing message through whatsapp with the notice that my booking was incomplete. I refilled the information on a site that looked just like booking.com and only later saw notifications on my bank account that someone had attempted to withdraw thousands of dollars. Staff said this was a security issue with booking.com but no other bookings of mine had this issue. They didnt apologize or refund or offer anything for the stress their poor security system caused.

Good location, great staff. Upon checking in i was told both restaurants, the rooftop, the bar and the swimming pool were closed. Had i known this prior I would have booked elsewhere. Also the name was recently changed or something but that was just confusion it's called Selena something
