Amazing place

Friendly front desk, small property Dark weird room decorations. Left us wondering if it was set up for men with their mistresses

Everything! The pool, the staff, the perfect room. It was amazing!

Rooms were spacious, had fun designs. Bed was big and comfortable. I liked that there was a full kitchenette (although im not sure if guests are allowed to use the stove as its covered). Room had interesting bits and pieces to add flavor such as neon lights, art, some card games and whatnot. Breakfast seating area was nice too. Also liked that there were no drinks in the fridge so we could put our own stuff in immediately. 1. Room cleanliness. Checked into the suite and immediately found: a clogged sink that took 15 minutes to drain, hair in the shower drain, and fresh sperm on the padded bedframe with no sign anyone had even attempted to clean it. Not minor oversights for a suite. 2. Staff communication. Called reception to flag the issues before heading out for the evening. Receptionist A promised to sort it. Five hours later — nothing done, no note, no message. Receptionist A had left for the day, and Receptionist B (far more competent and helpful) took over. She photographed the bedframe and followed up with Receptionist A, who claimed he had looked into it. Nothing had changed. We ended up taking the room change after all. The new room had the same clogged sink. At checkout, we ran into another couple with the exact same story: they had reported a shower issue, it was never addressed. Feels systemic. Receptionist A came across as all smiles and talk with no substance behind it. He also claimed that we got upgraded while we actually had booked the suite in the first place. Receptionist B genuinely tried to make things right. 3. Plugs. The replacement room had one plug next to the bed — zero if you wanted to use the bedside lamp at the same time. Not sure if the original suite was better on this front, but worth flagging. 4. Breakfast. Needs more protein, more warm food, and more fresh options — fruit selection was basically nonexistent. Pastries were good though. 5. Location. The entrance requires a key or buzzing in from reception, meaning you may end up standing outside with your luggage among crackheads and sketchy characters while staff are occupied. Minor inconvenience, but worth knowing beforehand.

Very clean and comfortable (most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve experienced!) with funky decor. The staff was great. The hotel is walking distance to the downtown area. Location was a bit sketchy but I never had any issues and honestly this did not bother me at all.

don,t be put off by location as the neighborhood looks a little iffy but once inside the people go out of their way to help you . the place is clean and the breakfast is great and there are a lot of good places to eat nearby

Very nice Everything was fine

Good location, right near a metro stop and within half hour walk to most places. Room was great, and we especially loved the pool area, it was quiet and we were able to make the most of it. Nothing everything was great

This was the perfect stay for a few days while I was in Lisbon. The hotel was extremely clean, great design, and had a comfortable room. The staff, particularly Gabriel, was so welcoming and friendly. Gabriel greeted me everyday and even spent time saying hello to my parents who were staying down the street. Gabriel was professional and also so great to have at the hotel as he was able to help with recommendations for Lisbon and just me made feel so welcomed!! I really recommend this hotel for anyone that needs a cozy relaxing spot to stay. The only thing that I didn’t like, doesn’t have anything to do with the hotel. The street had some sketchy people that hang out at night. They don’t really bother you but it’s something to be aware of if you’re not used to city life.

Central location near Metro station was great, quirky decor, good breakfast, and very friendly service Maybe the immediate location in a somewhat dodgy side street? It still felt safe

Very nice and cozy decorated rooms with all comfort and good size. Comfortable beds, smelling very nice. Rituals bath and cosmetics products. Sound proof rooms. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. The small heated swimming pools is nice to chill in after a day in the city.

Maybe they should emphasize their 18+ approach more in their listings. Another thing, I lost my airpods there, I saw their location after I left the hotel, but the staff wasn't really helpful, and of course they didn't find it.
