Silk Lisbon

The breakfast was phenomenal, great selection of foods for a continental type breakfast! The staff were lovely and really helpful, and the location was excellent, really close to several bus stops and metro stations but far enough away from the downtown to not be noisy. The AC also really helped during early July. The taxi service they also set up to get to the airport was also really convenient for our early morning flight. The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze at times and the window in our room didn't face outside so we couldn't get natural sunlight into the room. I also wish there was a "Do Not Disturb" sign we could've hung up on our door so our sheets wouldn't get changed daily.

It was clean, great location, breakfast was included and staff were amazing. Water was hot and pressure was good There are only stairs and the bathroom is narrow.

A very unique experience.. a contradiction to its surroundings. In an older building, but the space is completely modernized. The building has other tenants in different suites.. on many floors.

Lovely old building in a great area (Picoas/Saldanha). Spacious room. Nice check-in and breakfast. I always wish that the need to climb stairs was more OBVIOUS in the bookng process.

Everything great location fantastic staff Mr Blanco was incredible hospitable and great to talk with close to two metro stations that can get you anywhere is a short time we will be back next time in Lisbon Not a thing

The bathroom was extremely small but we managed, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as we were in walking distance to the station There wasn't anything we didn't like

Room was small, but nice. Bed was comfy. Location was good. Metro station on a walking distance. Breakfast was really small (prepacked croissants etc), no buffee - just limited items. Water was tripping (somewhere inside the bathroom wall). We didn't ask to clean our room, but they still made the bed - and when we arrived, our room door was unlocked (so anyone could have entered the room).

Super comfortable bed and wonderfully powerful air conditioning unit that kept us nice and cool during a heat wave! Friendly receptionist. I was definitely a little nervous climbing the old, slanted stairs of the building to get up to the second floor. Glad we did not have big suitcases!

Staff were super friendly. Location was great for restaurants and a short walk to shops and the hop on hop off bus terminal. The 3 flights of stairs. Hard if you have luggage. The bathroom was tiny and you couldn't flush toilet paper as pipes were old. So you had to put soiled tissue in a bin. Would have liked a bidet.

Staff leaves the hotel by 8pm which is ok but like there is no vending machine or pantry for any emergency. They close the kitchen and keep no water in the rooms as well. There is a very loud noise in the bathroom due to some weird flush system. No one cleaned the room next day when we stayed for total 2 days. Why would anyone stay in this property on 3rd floor without lift and at this price. They aren’t giving anything special. Atleast keep water or inform guests that there is no vending machine in the property.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. They continually went the “extra mile”. Yes, the hotel was on the 2nd floor of a historic building with no lift. BUT the stairs were gentle & the handrail continuous. The staff insisted on carrying our luggage up (& down). The lighting in the room was a little too subdued to allow easy reading of books.
