Great location for visiting the sights of Saint Therese of Lisieux. Comfortable bed. Quite hotel. Enjoyed the breakfast!

The food was excellent. The bartender very friendly. The room was very nice and quiet.

I liked the location, close to many of the attractions such as the basilica and the cathedrals. Also, many restaurants and terrasses in the vicinity. The room with three beds was excellent, beds comfortable, good sheets and everything was very clean. A few little details like the toilet paper holder falling down all the time, the shower head out of kilter. Very little water pressure in the shower. The elevator could not bring us to our level which made it a little difficult with the luggage. The restaurant was expensive but the food was average at best.

The hotel is in a central location, making it very convenient to get around. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming. The room is comfortable and well-equipped with everything needed, and it offers a lovely view of the basilica.

Convenient! Especially appreciated parking / well worth the fee. Flooring could use a refresh in the corridors. Also, Wi-Fi was very spotty. We expected better.

There was no AC ,no fridge in the room and a very bad smell in the halls,I never recommend this place to anyone.

I look out the window, and lo - a huge cathedral. Turns out it's a Major Pilgrimage Site (I didn't know before) this hotel is at the center of the city with free parking in the squares- so I walked to all the pilgrimage sites. Everything as you would expect of 3 star hotel.
