Great hotel, kind helpful employees. Never any towels by the pool and when they cleaned our room the my didn’t replace the towels they took either. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

The staff was very professional, hotel space and room were impeccable, food was terrific, and the dining area very clean. I also loved the outside area by the pool.

The property and staff are usually great. This time, there was an issue with the room card system. Unfortunately the staff that checked me in wasn’t very helpful. Other than that, everything was very nice, as usual.

Yes, one of the maid came to my room door and was very rude to me. She pushed my door open to keep me from closing it instead of informing the front desk to see do I check out that particular day she was rude
