Nice hotel, clean fresh and in a great location. The perfect place to stay in Lititz!

Everything was excellent from the room amenities to the excellent staff. Loved the chocolates too! What a wonderful birthday present from my lovely wife!

Was close to the event we were going to The staff was very friendly The bed was very uncomfortable Needs a chair to sit in other than the one that was at the desk No microwave

The property was great We had a few issues being woke by a fire alarm that as soon as we got out of bed shut off and the water shut off in the middle of my husband’s shower other than those inconveniences the property and stay were good.

Beautifully decorated building and rooms with a quiet yet sophisticated deaign, a boutique hotel ambiance. The beds very comfortable, the linen spotless clean, the soap-lotion very good and elegant quality... What can one say ither then highly recommend place to stay in the region!

A renovated 100-year old chocolate factory - excllent renovation, perfect room, attached restaurant was just right. My room overlooked a park -- a spring, basin, ducks, trees -- which was also a fine place for evening/morning walks.

The only reason why I am leaving 2 stars is because due to computer issues we could not check in until around 8pm. I feel the o my reason we got in at this time is because we asked them to cancel and refund our stay. You would think there would be a way to verify guests and get them into a room when there are computer issues. Also tv remote in room did not work.

The front office staff was so kind and we really enjoyed the hotel.

Staff was available and helpful. However, the lighting in the room left much to be desired. More light is needed in the room and especially in the bathroom. The pillows provided were uncomfortable.

I loved all the little touches: the piped-in chocolate, the chocolate coins in our room, the robes/slippers and the history of the building itself. I didn't particularly like the late afternoon front desk employee or the next morning front desk staff. The female employee that checked us in was short, seemingly stressed out and uninviting. The morning front desk person was non-existent. We waited more than 10 minutes to check out and no one ever came to the front desk. We saw the front desk person come out of another office and walk right by us without a single acknowledgement that we were waiting. We left without officially checking out.

Clean, well located. Felt a bit corporate, woukd have enjoyed a more boutique feel.

Loved the retrofit of the old chocolate factory. Exposed brick and wood beams were nicely complimented by thoroughly modern and upscale accommodation. Appreciated the extra touches like wilbur chocolates in the room and at the desk, fancy, rolled towels, hotel branded K —cups, (including café mocha), and of course, the scent of chocolate in the lobby. The bar and restaurant had great atmosphere, a lively crowd, and good drinks. Personally, I am not a big fan of the steakhouse/chophouse concept and wish there were some more unique offerings on the menu. All in all we had a wonderful stay. Room was very quiet and comfortable.

Lovely hotel in a great location.

I was disappointed due to entering my room I was presented with a double queen with a view of the parking lot. I had booked a one bedroom king with a view of the park. When I inquired at the front desk I was told there was a maintenance issue. I asked if they could accommodate my initial request and I was told there was a maintenance issue and they could not accommodate me. I don’t understand why I wasn’t advised prior or even at check-in but only after I entered my room. They did not seem sympathetic about the issue. In addition the on site restaurant was also closed and I was not advised and only found out when I attempted to have dinner there. Once again something that should have been advised prior or at check in.
