Comfort Inn & Suites Little Rock Airport

The staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was awesome with a omelet station made to order, and biscuits and gravy, muffins, waffles, Eggs, Sausage. I stayed in room 419 it was clean, the bed was soft/firm but good. The only thing way the mildew smell witch I let them know about when lift cause I was only staying 1 night anyway and I think it was coming from the AC unit. They said they would have there maintenance guy look into it. And for me that was the only down side to my stay. The parking lot looked a little small if your driving a big RV but it could work if your a good driver. If your going to use the shuttle from the airport I recommend giving them a call when you collect your bags. I believe it's a call when needed type of shuttle not a every 15 minute thing. Over all a great place to stay.

Shuttle driver was very nice and informative. Whole building very humid. Linens felt damp. Floor in room was slick with moisture

Great location. The Inn smelled of dog and mold as soon as you walked in. Room had what looked like leaks on the ceiling, poorly repaired walls, faucet in bathroom was very loose. It smelled of mold in the room. Allergic to dog dander and mold- the hotel smelled so badly of both!

Friendly and helpful Staff, good breakfast selection and unbeatable location! Perfect for one night if you need to be close to the airport. Basic accommodation, unpleasant smell (old building) and dirty floor in the room.

Parking

We stay here every time we fly to NY to see our daughter. The nonstop flight leaves at 6am and we live 2 hrs away…..so we go up the day before and stay at Comfort Inn. The employees are super friendly, helpful, and professional. We leave our vehicle at hotel for much less than we’d pay for parking! And get dropped off/picked up at the door, super helpful when rainy or cold.

What a wonderful surprise! I was mad because I was stranded in Little Rock because of a flight cancellation and needed a reasonably priced hotel that would shuttle me to and from the airport. I saw the great reviews on Expedia and hoped it wouldn't be too bad. "Too bad"? It was a wonderful stay! Terry, the shuttle driver, was there in less than five minutes. What a great guy! It was like meeting a good friend I hadn't seen in a long time. Terry handed me off to Tabitha at the front desk. She quickly got me checked in and reminded me to come back at 7:30 PM for freshly baked chocolate cookies and ice-cold milk; it was delicious! The room was clean with ample closet space, plenty of hangers, a nice bathroom with a sparkling clean shower and great water pressure, and the room was completely quiet. I didn't hear a single plane taking off or landing. Breakfast starts at 4:30, and it was a GREAT breakfast setup! Jody the manager drove me to the airport and even made sure that I knew where to enter and find departures. This started out as an unwanted emergency overnight stay; now I'm thinking this will be my first choice next time I'm in Little Rock.

We weren’t using the airport and didn’t realize how far out this was. There’s not much to do around, but that’s to be expected. The room was super spacious and really comfortable. The bathroom area wasn’t the best, and the “living room” area didn’t have any main lighting. The sink outlet wouldn’t hold a plug, there was mold/signs of water damage in the tub area, and the water temperature was flipped with no indication of which way to go. The living room only had a tower lamp and never got fully bright, only dim. The food downstairs was mediocre but the staff were friendly. The vending was great; well stocked and well-priced! Breakfast was simple but delicious and clean. Would go again if we were in the area.
