The ice maker hasn’t worked at all in three weeks. This stay, the AC barely worked, and when I complained, I mostly got the runaround. The bigger issue is the staff. They’ve been rude, dismissive, and not particularly interested in helping. For the price, I can overlook a lot, but basic cleanliness, working amenities, and decent customer service shouldn’t be too much to expect. I’ll probably spend the extra few dollars and stay somewhere up the road from now on.

I doubt they had breakfast. They put me in a room with roaches. Mold was in the bathroom roaches was in the tub dead and, I couldn't get the water water to turn off. They never sent anyone to come turn the water off. I told one the employees, that the maids need to be fired and he was rude as hell about.

No continental breakfast nothing. The staff.

The hotel is poorly maintained and flies inside the room

The room was clean! Elevator didn't work. Pool was green. Water came up through the flooring cracks in our room. Nothing extra in the room, (ie) coffee marker, iron, shampoo, or soap.

Check in and parking was very easy. Stay was excellent.
