Very poor customer service

If I could give this zero stars, I 100% would! Please do not waste your money. The property is not kept up with there’s tarps on the roof when we got into the room. The toilet paper holder is barely hanging on. There’s cigarette marks everywhere dust mold in the bathroom paint missing from the walls. The floor floors were disgustingly filthy looks absolutely nothing like the pictures! We literally walked in the room, took pictures and a video of how bad it was and left, and they didn’t even give us a full reimbursement. I don’t know why they didn’t give us a full reimbursement because I don’t know how anybody could have stayed in that room!

Staff Towels and wash cloths were stained went through 4 sets and still stains. Comforter had cigarette burns. There was only one outlet available in the entire room to plug up charger. Lamp shades were torn. Iron had some burnt on plastic on it and it ruined our clothes cause didn’t notice it until after. Doors don’t auto close on rooms.

We arrived a day ahead of our scheduled 6 day stay (booked & paid for 11/2025), Paid for the extra day was told we would be in the same rm all week, rm assigned had soiled bedding, requested new bedding also soiled & saw a roach, second rm also had soiled bedding & a roach, given a third room bedding soiled, did not see a roach; next morning while asking for information, I was told we had to move because we were in a double rm, that was booked. Stated to owner we were told we would stay in the room, he said it was late and they gave us a room. I didn't want to change rm,asked what about the roaches. He told me to leave his hotel to call the service to get my money back. I refused, he threaten to call the police as he yelled & pointed his finger in my face. The owner is RUDE, does not care about the guest, the place is infested w/ roaches (no one sprayed for the issue),bedding & linen are soiled, guest have to wait for clean linen, bed is uncomfortable. We stayed because hotels were booked due to the event we attended.

The breakfast was horrible. The location was good. The breakfast and housekeepimg didn't clean the room each day of the stsy. No clean towels were left daily in the room. My traveling compsnoons experienced rosches in two rooms.

Bugs, bugs, bugs!! Hot water issues, toilet problems, doors stuck, halls smelled and breakfast was sparse. Staff and adjoining rooms were the only good thing about this hotel!

There was a cup left from maybe the cleaners? And there were roaches. Just passed through later at night but I can assure you I won’t be back there.

The hotel and room was clean. The staff was accommodating and kind. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast, not your typical cereal and juice bar.

I was suspicious of the cleanliness. Bedroom sheets had some weird stains. The shower in one bedroom didn't have hot water. The smell was like stale air that reminded me of those moldy beach rentals. Breakfast was meager, eggs tasted horrible.

We got two bedrooms, and they ensured to give us those connected ones. The price for two rooms was great. Location worked for the U-Haul truck. I was suspicious of the cleanliness. Roaches in the 1st room I booked had to be moved
