The staff was great. The door lock cards kept locking us out after every other use. And the bugs were in abundance. You know the little buggers they run around and come out mainly at night. The bugs and the whole part about getting locked out if the rooms every other use. Then in my children’s room they didn’t even have a television. Then there is an extra charge for 400+ that I have ti figure out.

That place is nasty.

Roaches on the bed and in the refrigerator. Also had to pay a security deposit for the room. Also they have residents that live there and play loud music all day and night. Terrible experience

People were yelling out of the top story windows. If you rebook your stay longer they knock on your door everyday still asking if you are staying over.

The room was filthy. There was an odor, the towels were dirty and laying on the back of the toilet. The bathroom trash can was full of garbage. There was old food in the refrigerator. Someones fluid sample in there also. NO TELEVISION, AND NO CLEAN FACE TOWELS. NO SOAP. THE WORST WAS THE MATRESS WAS STAINED AND NO COVER. NO BED SPREAD. IT WAS THE WORST HITEL EXPERIENCE OF MY 40 YEARS ON THIS EARTH. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL. 70 DEPOSIT, FOR WHAT? EVERYTHING WAS DISGUSTING. THEY SHOULDVE BEEN PAYING ME. ANY AMOUNT WOULD NPT HAVE BEEN ENOUGH. I WANT TO REPORT THEM TO THE HEALTH INSPECTOR! DISGRACEFUL.

I didn’t get my deposit back, there were no towels in the room but thank God I travel with some. The bed sheets didn’t look to be washed as well. I did like the location.

This particular location was not far from my event location. Pretty much a straight shot from the property. My $70 deposit was not refunded after I checked out like it was supposed to be.

If you need towels bring your own or purchase them at the hotel. Staffers would not change towels or sheets for 7 days.
