Front desk staff at checkin. She was lazy, slow, less than enthused to be working. Gave incorrect info on kitchen times and breakfast cutoff times. Zero customer service skills.

The online food menu was 2 years old, other than that maybe some shade/umbrellas in the back sitting area would have been really nice in the heat.

Had a small billing issue. Staff was very quick to fix it. Room was nice. Super convenient for a trip to Red Rocks.

Need shuttle to red rocks. Between la Quinta and your hotel it can be done. I would pay extra.

Excellent stay. Staff were professional, helpful and positive. Property was clean and well maintained. Location was very convenient to shops, restaurants and attractions. Free parking and free breakfast was great. I liked the fully private bathroom, the mini fridge and microwave. I did not use the pool or workout room, but they looked great. Would stay again.
