Everything was fine except there was a used towel that was in the bathroom hanging on the hook when we walked in. Also, it would be nice to have a few more selections at breakfast such as muffins and bacon.

Dog friendly which was great. Close to everything you need.

However, the staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms very nice, spacious and clean. A wonderful breakfast (eggs, juice, sausage, cereal, bagels, coffee, etc.) with everything one would want and delicious. Nice breakfast room, too. The hotel was top notch.

No frying pan or egg pan just big pot and small like every body just want to cook noodles no lotion

Great sight near walking trails and open spaces. Room shower and carpet could have been cleaner. Breakfast provided had daily variety and was hot and good.

The breakfast was better than most, but not exceptional. They offered eggs and sausage however they appeared to be pre-made and weren't appealing to me. The also offered cereal, juices, fresh fruit and very good bagels. The location was excellent for my needs, convenient to transportation, and super quiet. The room was very well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Staff was super friendly and professional. Nothing.

Our second stay here. Like having a full kitchen and the quiet location. TV issues. Didn’t work and they had t ‘call IT’. I believe this happened when we stayed here last year.

The only problem was that the elevator was not working. They put me on the 3rd floor ( there was no availability on a lower floor.) I have arthritis in both knees so climbing stairs is not easy. I asked for a compensation through expedia but when expedia contacted the property they denied any compensation for the inconvenience. I felt that was wrong. If i knew the elevator was not working i may have changed hotels ahead of time. Of course they are working on the elevator as I am checking out. But i honestly do not know how long it has been out for.

Staff was excellent and kind. We were never offered new towels or room cleaned and we stayed a few days. Elevator didn’t work. Upon arrival room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast wasn’t edible

The staff was super friendly. Long term stay. They put me in a room that was infested with bedbugs. They politely apologized and moved me into a different room. By the next morning I noticed more bedbugs. Was told I'd be compensated for the inconvenience. Not a word said since then.

The staff were amazing - never snarky or rude, just always willing to be helpful and accommodating! We stayed for two weeks in a 2bedroom suite. They provided housekeeping when we requested it, and the weekday breakfast attendant was wonderful! She always restocked everything quickly and had a great variety/level of quality. The front desk were always happy to lend a hand. We used the pool, laundry, fitness room and BBQ areas and all worked well. Whenever there was an issue or something we needed, we just asked and they immediately just were so helpful. Can't complain. Good area, too!

This was a really nice place to stay. The room was great, the breakfast was nice each morning, I use the pool once with family. Highly recommend.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast amazing. We were without hot water for 10 days and then we moved to the other side. Marriott should be concerned with their name being associated with a hotel that was lacking such important maintenance.

The room was pretty nice and I loved the full kitchen. There were a few items that were missing. The location is great and the views of the mountains were fabulous. The breakfast was dismal. it was all processed except for the bagels and the over ripe fruit. No pancakes, waffles, muffins, etc. The communication with the front desk is poor. My dead bolt didn't work because the strike plate was bent and a screw was out of it. I was told on a Saturday night that someone would be up the next morning to fix it. When I called down the next morning, the man was very curt and said there was no one there to fix it. He would put in a ticket. No apology or empathy whatsoever. I asked about it again on Monday and no one ever came. So I was there from Sat-Tues without a dead bolt. The pool is small but nice and it is outdoor. They don't clean the room every day and only replace items you tell them you need. The hotel itself is older and needs to be renovated. The "lobby" is very small and nowhere to sit. The laundry room is nice and you have to get quarters from the front desk.
