I went into my room and there wasn’t light and the sheets were wet. Asked for a refund they didn’t want to give me it.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff informed me that the facilities were undergoing maintenance and I could not check in. Why wasn't the guest notified in advance? Why?

Called to tell hotel of late arrival. They told me there was no hot water and all reservations had been canceled. The had my email BUT NEVER EMAILED ME OF THE CABCRLSTION. IM EXPECTING FULL REFUND. At 10:00 pm this is totally inacceptable.

Cancelled the booking. No AC, fridge or microwave, even after I booked the room with these features

Nothing. I arrived at 1am after a 14hr drive and found out they had cancelled my reservation. I did not receive a phone or email, so I did was unable to make another reservation elsewhere. I slept in my car at a rest stop until the police said leave!

This hotel was a scam upon arrival there was a sign in reception saying hotel is closed with no communication from them or this site. People were in rooms and the reception staff cancelled our reservation there and then infront of us

This place should be reported to the local health department, bed bugs, dirty broken beds, broken locks on doors, no hot water. I'm wondering why Expedia is allowing this business to list with them

The front desk told me all reservations were cancelled. There were signs on the door saying that there was no hot water and no working AC units in the rooms. I had to scramble to find another hotel.

We never were able to check-in. Our booking was cancelled due to the motel having plumbing issues. Unfortunately, we were not notified and were left stranded without a place to stay. The staff didn’t help with any further accommodations nor directed us towards another solution.

AC was not working. Keycard was not working. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Swimming pool was non operational.
