Days Inn by Wyndham Livonia/Canton/Detroit

I was surprised, I had worked in the area my whole life even went to the bar in the hotel many years ago for many lunches but never stayed in the hotel. This is the first time I stayed as a guest - the staff is great, the housekeeping staff is excellent and my room was nice and comfortable with a very nice bed.

I didn’t like anything I was mistreated and so was my partner we dealt with rudenesss we even got banned for leaving our true reviews on our stay Paul the manager is a rude man to be in charge or customer service period I didn’t like the smell the breakfast , the rudeness the staff , I was told I had too many bags which Is crazy the manager was rude to me and my partner I seen ppl with more bags he harassed us didn’t allow us to enjoy our stay

Great, maybe a little variety on food, scrambled eggs, sausage, or bisques and gravy

The bathroom felt like urine.. Then walls are very thin... Heard everything that was happening on both side sides of me

This was my second time staying at this Days Inn location. It's convenient to my family's reunion activities held annually in Livonia, MI. I spent three nights in a modernized Room #426. Although, everything was very clean, I mentioned to the front desk clerk of the room having a slight mildew smell upon first entering it. He suggested having housekeeping to come to my room. I declined since it was not pungent enough to deter my stay; especially after purchasing some disinfectanting spray from the nearby dollar store! The staff was very friendly and greeted me with "hello sir" and smiles whenever they saw me, making me feel welcomed and comfortable. The Continental Breakfast offered a much better selection of items than last year's buffet did. There was plenty of complimentary onsite parking also. I'm sure that I will stay there again next year when I revisit the area to attend my 65th Family Reunion! Thank you and Have a wonderful day.

I loved the location it was close to where we had to be I did not like when i asked for towels i was told why do i need more towels when there is 11 in the room

The whole room was nice. Most definitely would recommend it to anyone. The pool water looked dirty so I didn’t get in it. Other than that everything was to my standards.
