Needed a quick overnight stay outside of city center as we began road trip. Exceptionally convenient. Surprisingly good hotel, better than expected. Clean rooms. Huge king size bed. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nothing

Location and great breakfast. Staying longer

early breakfast, clean rooms, great beds I remember this hotel from when it was still the Austrian Trend Hotel. The rooms haven't changed, and neither has the staff. I'd especially like to praise them, the cookies we received during check-in were amazing and a very pleasant surprise. Thank you, they were delicious. What surprised me most was the change in the breakfast setup. Personally, I preferred it when the hotel was still Austrian Trend. Back then, there were no heated serving pans with heavy glass lids. It was much easier to self serve food from the traditional metal trays without making a mess around them. The current setup feels quite impractical. I didn't take any photos, but go and try it yourself, you'll see what I mean. There is simply nowhere convenient to place the heavy glass lid while serving food onto your plate without making a mess. Another disappointment was the pancakes. I was looking forward to the traditional European-style crêpes as usual, but instead I only found thick American-style pancakes. Crêpes are an important breakfast item for me. Apart from that, both the selection and quality of the food were good. As a regular guest, I would be very happy to see thin, large pancakes return instead of the thicker American-style version as everywhere else. As the saying goes, everyone has different tastes, but I personally enjoy crêpes as a breakfast dessert, and this change was disappointing for me. Probably next time. let me know and I come back , I travel quite often to Ljubljana

I visited this hotel last year with my family, now I travelled with colleagues. Hotel has good location, it has garage. Rooms are very spacious, big and comfortable beds and very good pillows. Breakfast is amazing with big selection. Hotel is clean, it has spa, fitness center and welcoming cookie (nice gesture). Its pity we couldnt stay longer. It was a bit cold in the room. Heating is not working anymore "since its May" but that day was really cold outside and also in the room.

Comfortable, spacious room, quiet even though on busy street. Also easy to take the bus to city center. Good breakfast, although expensive. It was tricky to check into due to a gated entrance and unclear instructions about how to park in order to check in. It nice we got by that hurdle all else was fine.

How friendly the staff and accommodating I don’t know it’s not in the dictionary I cannot help is not in the vocabulary They cannot do enough to help you and make you stay as comfortable as they can the hostess Zara was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I will truly miss the smile on their friendly faces every morning. There is nothing that I did not like about the property

Location is a bit far off from the city center.

Breakfast was over rated. Could me much better, the beans were like smudge. The variety was weak also the food was nor refreshed timely.

Friendliness of staff, very helpful, helped me check in early and decorated my room after my request for my hubby that came later Just bit far from town but was easy route to walk to the center
