Hotel was bit far from town

The road to the center, 20 minutes long, has not a good pavement for pedestrians if you walk.

It was 124 euros for a room with no windows in the walls, even though two of the pictures on the listing for the type of room I rented had windows, in both the room and the bathroom. That's far too expensive for an internal room. I asked for a different room and was told that they didn't have any. The hotel is also on a loud street. I left and stayed at another hotel right on the water and had huge windows, which also cost less money and was much quieter..

There was a group of families with children and their parents do not have education and were very noisy everywehere in hotel and the breakfast room was like a marketplace. I also blame the hotel reception for permitting this kind of behavior by the guests since reception is the authority in place. Nobody expects to have a market place in a nice hotel.

The property was stunning, clean and staff was wonderful. The adjoining cafe was nice. The pool area was not open to guests during our stay. I would have loved to just sit in the sun in the pool area.

Spacious room, fridge in room, comfortable good size beds, balcony with pool and mountain views, nice bar area, 24hr reception, helpful and friendly reception staff. It is a 20-minute walk into the town centre.

From the start we liked the hotel. Absolutely amazing staff at the hotel. Location was perfect for us, we enjoyed walking to the center through the town. Fantastic mountain view from the windows and balcony. Very clean. We booked for one night initially, but in the end stayed for 3 nights.

Handy for the motorway Although we were told that the car chargers were not reservable, the only one actually working was reserved for a friend of the staff who liked to park on it all night. Totally not acceptable. Menu was limited, expensive, and not in English - the dishes were not within my understanding of Spanish.

The room was a lovely size, the bathroom was also a very good size with lovely toiletries included and a hairdryer. The bed was so comfortable with extra pillows. The view of the mountains from our balcony was exceptional. The receptionists were so helpful, and the staff were lovely, everyone looked so happy. There was plenty of parking. As you entered the hotel it looked amazing, plenty of comfortable seating. The only downside was there was no English TV channels,
