Amazing room! Very clean, comfortable, spacious, modern! They have designated parking spots at the hotel but you have to pay. Still, we enjoyed our stay here! Charging guests for parking seems a little silly. Also, there is no coffee option for the morning… even instant coffee/tea & a water boiler in the room would have been better than nothing.

It’s very central, spotlessly clean and very quiet. What more could you want. Nothing

Location, room decor and amenities, convenient restaurant attached to hotel, easy to get onto Camino Del Norte. The only downside is noise from people in the plaza outside, which the hotel cannot control.

The location is excellent, a very clean hotel, and comfortable. I asked for an extra key because we were 2 people but the guy was a little busy and didn't ask me if I could come back the next day in the morning I just left it that way but the next day was a lovely woman at the reception that helped me out with it.

The hotel is wonderfully located in the centre of the town, the room was spotless and bathroom excellent. We tried to book a second night (while there, because the town was so attractive and the hotel so comfortable) but the hotel was booked out for the next night. However, Mara went beyond the call of duty to secure a room in another hotel in the town. She is a star.

Really good location and friendly staff. There is a disco pub open all night across the street so rooms 101-102-103 are very noisy. People gather on the street all night, particularly at closing time (7 am).

Comfortable room in the very heart of the town. Nice view on the river and the mountains. The personnel is friendly. Getting there by car is a bit complicated and there is no free parking.

Friendly welcome to this wonderful hotel in the middle of the town which is close to everything but also very quiet. The Pizzeria downstairs produced good food and the room was quiet and newly fitted out with a well designed bathroom. The whole ambience was comfortable and welcoming There was a dreadful smell in the room. I opened the windows and ran water into the traps in the shower and sink and went out thinking it would be OK. Better on my return but after a little while with windows closed and ready for bed the smell was unbearable. Decided it was too late for me to ask for a change of room. Staff must have known because only then did I notice a very large air-freshener in the corner of the room - it didn't work! Such a shame as it is a wonderful hotel.
