Sotto Le Cummerse Albergo Diffuso

breakfast was minimal: cuppa coffee & a croissant we had booked for 2 bedrooms: 1 x 2 twin beds and 1 x large bed we arrived to only have 2 large beds. the accomodation we had booked from the photos did not look at all to what we were given. both beds were not comfortable. facilities in kitchen were minimal...glass on entry table was cracked. opening window at entry the hinge was loose and glass window could've fallen without us touching there was no notification on the reservation site that there are steep steps leading up to the apt and also up to the upper bedroom...this s/b noted especially for more elderly or those with disability. all in all the place was a real disappointment

It was very accessible to the heart of Locorotando. They were attentive to the authenticity of this location. Initially we had difficulty finding it and maneuvering around the no drive designations. While they said we would have street parking available we did find a place but would certainly not give it up. A young man showed us to our room. He made no offer to help with luggage until he was repeatedly asked. There were 2 very steep stairways and winding pathways to our room. Later we found that route unnecessary. There were stairs up to the entry, up to the kitchen, and up to a second bedroom and up to the balcony with bath on first floor.

Breakfast was great. Apartment was lovely and clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic. Nothing.

Should be warned about the ridiculously steep steps. Wifi didn't work the whole time!

Good location in centro storico Host not genuinely welcoming. Always in a rush. Seemed like there was some anger just under the surface. I’ve been in Italy for two months on this trip, staying at many different properties, and I speak Italian. This was the only host who had no patience to speak in Italian and the only time he smiled was when we paid him at checkout. The room was really out of date.

Unique and easy access. Our accommodation was on two levels. The gentleman who checked us in and out was amazing and so helpful!! NA

We loved everything about the property. Everyone was so kind and helpful with check in and also in the morning during breakfast. The location was perfect for us and the view was amazing. There was a vineyard right in front of us and live music at a restaurant below. Also it was much easier to find street parking than originally expected. We will definitely return and would recommend to anyone.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment was excellent with bars and restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay! Roberto was very kind and gave us great advice about the town. The apartments were right in the city center, which made everything super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

An amazing experience! The B&B was spotless, cozy, and full of character. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We would love to return!

A lovely unit in the old town. Nestled among the labyrinth of lanes the unit had everything we needed for a short stay. Lovely restaurants and bars and beautiful views. Comfortable bed and a good breakfast. Nothing.

The accommodation was in the beautiful historical city centre. The kitchen was also benefit. The owner was nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, in the cosy place nerby the accommodation.

Great spot in the old town, just around the corner from a trattoria. Room is very comfortable, bathroom is also a large size. Complimentary coffee and cold bottled water (just need a bottle opener!). Great communication and host. A small issue with the shower running hot and then cold, perhaps to do with plumbing.
