Good location, fairly polite staff, great water pressure. It ought to be a sign of things to come when there is a convenience store-type plexiglass divider between guests and the front desk employee. We actually tried canceling the reservation made through a third-party site, but the front-desk person said it wasn't allowed and the fee would be the entire cost of the one-night stay. I decided it wasn't worth an argument and ended up staying. It was a tolerable stay. But the strong cleaning product scent, stained (but seemingly clean) sheets and pillow cases, TERRIBLE pillows, a borrowed iron from the front desk that was rusted and looked 30 years old (come on guys, buy a new iron from Walmart for 30 bucks!!) was enough for me to decide I would never go back. The only good part - great actually - was the strong water pressure in the shower. That was a welcome surprise. Finally, there's also a bunch of old lamps and washing machines stored in the stairwells. Very odd and a clear reminder you're staying in a dump. Every hotel has a life-span and this one is at it's end. To the owners I say, if you're not going to put time and effort into your property to keep it current and clean, just call it over and sell it to someone who would tear it down and build something on the spot that people would actually want to stay in.

Room was not very clean. They charged my card before I even checked in, which was not the card I wamted to use. Gave them my new card, and then they charged that as well, so I double paid. Still trying to get my money back 3 months later. Be warned.

When checked in, the lobby smelled like body odor and burnt food. The room we had was absolutely nasty and dirty. The tv didn’t work, nor did the ac unit cool the room. The bathroom was very dirty, toilet seat was broken, and shower still had dirty in the bottom of it. The beds felt like the spring were about to pop through your back. I’ve stayed at many hotels over my years. This is by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen. Definitely needs a safety and health inspection done on it. Please save your money and don’t give them the time or day.

Bed bugs, the Indian lady is very very very rude and also the Indian guy that works night. The light was flickering in the bathroom. The shower knob didn’t stop leaking. And the floor smelt like mildew. Staff didn’t take anything I pointed out into consideration and tried to blame us for the bed bugs. Never coming back. 0/10
