Super great large and clean rooms

Very clean rooms, nice and big! It was located next to all types of amenities which was convenient. Front desk was helpful and friendly. It was a great stay for my family, highly recommend.

Conveniently located. Last minute room, we took an accessible room. Shower and bathroom floor have seen better days.

The room looks like a single apartment with everything you need in the kitchen. In the shower the head shower was kind of liking water just a drop each time every minute when I was ready to sleep I heard a noise and I went to find out where it came from and then I put a towel on the floor to avoid the noise of the drip.

I was traveling for business and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at -- the staff is so accommodating, the breakfast bar is much better than most, good coffee, the rooms are new and have everything you need -- lots of outlets, full kitchen (in the suite that I stayed in), good location, etc. Very clean. They mop the floors frequently and surfaces. It also doesn't have that strong post-covid cleaning smell that so many of these other chains. Highly recommend. It's conveniently located to University of the Pacific and Lodi.

Very comfortable and the rooms are so nice. Breakfast was yummy with lots of options. Staff was very nice.

Location was good only. Mattress was horrible and the bed was low to the ground. The dish washer would not shut off so we did not use it. The heating/cooling unit was next to the bed and the fan was loud it was keeping us awake. My husband got his hand stuck in the elevator when the door would not automatically open.
