Adriatic Blue Apartments

- Room: Very clean, comfortable big bed, all working, great sea view from the room, sea is not too close (down the hill) but I still felt good sea smell there. I think it was the best value for money that we could find not far from Split. - Kitchen: Good that we had a kitchen in the room, it's more like kitchenette, 1 square meter for all staff, but it's enough for basic cooking. - Beach is really close, just down the hill, good that you don't need to cross the road to get to it, there's a tunnel under the road for pedestrias to cross safely. - Laundry: there's no washing machine in the room but hosts allow to use their own machine downstairs, even providing with washing liquids for free which was a very pleasant surprise. You can things on your balcony, during hot weather everything gets dry fast. - Food: there's only breakfast option available, other meals you cook yourself or go to restaraunts. What we had for breakfast: ham, cheese, omlet, a bit of vegetables, bread, butter, jams, nutella, fruits, coffee. Good enough for me. Thank you very much for everything. - Be ready to go up and down the hill a lot, also use steps in the hotel (no lift). I think it's not a big minus, you just need to be aware about it, book here if your health (knees, heart) allow you to walk up and down the steps easily and often. For us it was ok, not too difficult, but if we had some health issues or our baby was not walking yet, then walking up and down could be a problem, so I think it's worth mentioning in the review. - Parking. Hotel doesn't own the parking territory near it and there's a men who lives there and doesn't allow to park freely, you need to use public parking a bit farther away from hotel. It's not too far, just you need to walk up to the hill from it, taking your things up with you. Or park for less than 10mins to get your things out near hotel, and then park under the hill. - Area: it's best if you have a car to get to supermarkets and restaraunts from there. I think walking to nearest ones would be too difficult specially during the hot weather. Also food delivery is not working properly in that area, not much places offer it, so I am glad we had a car.

Location is superb! Lokva Rogoznica has beautiful beaches, you can find places that are not crowded, the apartman had its own beach too. The view from the apartment was even better than on the photos, large panoramic view to the ocean from your bed! The room was clean like its been "factory reset", the whole facility is very clean and maintained frequently. Ana, the owner, is very nice, welcoming and always there for you if you need anything. The kitchenette, I always appreciate complete kitchenette with everything you need, from spoons and forks to pots of different sizes, cleaning tools, the fridge etc. To sum it up, it's great value for money, we did not regret one bit.

The room was cozy and big. The apartment located near an isolated beach. ?️ The road is noisy.

great clean room. we had all we need, beatiful and little beach just 2-3 min away by foot. Clear water and most of the time there were no other people. Staff was great and the breakfast was perfect. felt like a hotel. Bigger cities were easy and quick reachable by car. Everything as described, no disappointments.

Very nice&friendly staff with an adorable kitten. Breakfast was o.k. (Eggs, cold cuts, fruit, etc.) and even brought early (07:00 instead of 08:00) when we had program. Did not get sea view as written. Very small bathroom with no hangers or shelves. Told to park car by the road instead of the house’s parking lot. Private beach is not private and very rocky.
