On our first day the pools were very full as we arrived on the last week of the spring holidays. So keep in mind that the resort can be busy in peak seasons.

Kids area is great! The best thing in the hotel :) Great view on the mountains Big swimming zone (but not comfortable changing rooms and showers) The room is not cozy and not like it was in the pictures on the Booking. It's quite old, so used and not comfortable. Had a kitchen, and a separate room - it was great. The coffee was awful. Parking should be paid additionally for each night. (Would've been better if the same price is included in the room's price.)

The place was clean and food was nice. A really thoughtful program for older kids and na iside play room open 8-20. Not enough capacity of dining rooms for a fully booked resort. Had to wait in a que every day to get inside. The same for the inside swimming pool and sauna. Not much to go around with a baby carriage. Only one restaurant inside the resort which was closed during lunch time. Our apartment was located at the very edge of the resort about 10 min walk to the main bulding and halls of the apartment building were really noisy during night when people passing by. There was no microwave nor much other equipement of the deluxe apartment kitchen.

breakfast was amazing, pool as well, and for people with no kids there is option to enjoy the pool without kids late in the evening, that was really good option because there are a lot of people with kids :D unfortunately there is no good option for bar or food place, there is inside one pizza place but when we went there they had some problem with system so we weren't able to eat at all :(

Good location with plenty of activities around. Nice and clean hotel, wide selection breakfast Unfortunately staff might be more friendly and service expected on higher level, therefore we are not coming again. We had an issue with heater in the appartment, it was very cold there and they didn’t know heating is off in entire building. Would expect better monitoring of amenities. Parking fee is unreasonably high considering it’s private resort and not offering enough parking spots on crowdy days. Breakfast had wide selection of food, but in quite small area of main restaurant, that was noisy and uncomfortable to move over. We tried only one dinner and that was disaster. Not seasoned enough, ribs undecooked, lack of kids options beside not salted potatoes, super dry french fries and too spicy chicken wings. The resort have a potential, but the service is not on the expected level.
