It is situated in a beautiful area. Close to Victoria. Nice breakfast. The double bed was very small and the duvet much too hot for these summer days.

Good Location, Clean & Comfortable Room 110 Top Floor, Shower & Basin Tap temperature and flow fluctuating, at times very hot and found difficult to cool down, had to wait a long time. Air Conditioning, very noisy, needs a service as damp smell Breakfast continetal & very basic

I chose this hotel for the location; lovely area, yet close to Victoria Train and Bus stations. I had a very nice room overlooking the street. Not noisy. Good continental breakfast. Breakfast room quite small but staff were excellent in keeping things moving. People seemed to enjoy the breakfast. Stairs and corridors very badly in need of upgrade and new carpet.

The size of the room and location is good The carpet is very dust and doesn’t feel clean Really effects your stay, the basement room stairs are extremely hard to travel up and down.

Close to victoria train and coach station, within walking distance to Buckingham Palace and the river. Room a little bit small, going up and down the stairs was a bit much.

Very good location, 10 minutes walk to Victoria Station, decent breakfast and clean rooms, staff were friendly and helpful We were on the top floor, with no elevator this involved 51 stairs from the ground floor to our room

The porters and staff are amazing, they are very helpful, and the room is clean there is no elevator but the porters help us a lot so its fine
