Some flexibility i.e. let me leave my bags for several hours. Didn't help me enough to find the way to exit the building or to get a drink of water didn't apologize for leaving me waiting at the door for tten minutes wondering if I would get my luggage so I could make my flight

Shower head spray came off while showering. No cups for coffee. Headboard torn. Light on the side not working.

Check in was slightly unorganised. Doors locked at a certain time, key for side door doesn’t work but ok for a short sta

You could hear very loud music both in the afternoon and during the night, it was impossible to rest and have a nice sleep

Able to access a private entrance when the pub is closed. Very hard beds, expected noise from the busy road but could hear any movement inside the building, on the stairs etc. Probably haunted.

I liked the clean room, the welcome at the hotel I felt that the duvet was too thin. I didn't feel warm or comfortable enough

We appreciated the location, because it was well communicated with the Tottenham Stadium. Staff was nice. The room was in very poor condition — mold, grime, and even a hole in the wall. The bathroom was filthy, with a used-looking half roll of paper towel and a blocked shower that couldn’t be used. Be aware that the hotel is located above a pub — you have to walk through it to reach the rooms, and the reception is just part of the bar. The room itself was spacious, but sparsely furnished: just a bed, a small fridge (with milk inside), and a table. No closet or storage space.

It was very dirty. The skirting boards were dirty, bathroom door damaged, smelt of cigarettes, could do with a good clean and update decoration

I was mortified to come back to the room to find that someone had been in. When I left, I left the curtains open and my suitcase was on the single bed closed. I arrived back in the early hours of the morning to find that someone had been in and closed the curtains and opened my suitcase and took my underwear from under my clothes and placed it ontop. I feel violated that someone would do that. But what's even more ridiculous that they left it open and probably didn't think I'd notice. But I had taken a photo of everything before I had left so I knew how everything was. I would not recommend this hotel.

I usually stay here because of the value and the surroundings of shops and fast food restaurants for a quick bite and normally have a nice stay with a comfortable room. The the room i stayed, the bed was the worst ive ever slept in, every time i moved was there was a creek from the wood under the mattress and the head rest squeaking didnt help either, some sort of alarm went off during the night around 4am and never stopped for 2 hours.

Easy to commute to from Finsbury Park tube station. Comfortable accommodation, reasonably priced and helpful staff. We were in London to watch the UEFA semi-finals, we were in walking distance of the stadium (approx 30 min ) excellent value All good, no complaints !

The staff were really friendly and attentive, the location is easy to find and an easy travel from Euston. This was the perfect stay for what we needed, a place to crash after a night at Alexandra Palace. I’d say this is exactly what you pay for. We didn’t realise this was located above a pub, maybe our lack of research but it was a Friday night and the pub was still buzzing with music and people til 1.30am. It could be cleaner with old crisps under the bed but cleanliness wasn’t appalling.

I like Haringey and Green Lanes tube and park are nearby and Turkey-Kurdish restaurants the best in London...they also help for car parking... A bit noisy but it's okay
