Talking all days same menu’s with limited items. No changed items experienced. Different items with different test couldn’t experienced even staying my whole duration

It was ok The pool & exercise facilities were like entering the 7th circle of hell. Alienating and dehumanizing experience. Children not allowed in except 8-10am.

The location and swimming pole Breakfast protein was not including options other than ham and there is extra payments for eggs other types not in the buffet I asked for wake up call but didn’t receive it

Breakfast particularly good with efficient and polite staff serving coffee and juice at your table. Access to and from the underground parking is dirty and rather grim.

great location. check-in was smooth. a false fire alarm went off that night and there was no hotel staff guiding guests on evacuation.

Very large and comfortable bed. Generally comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for Canary Wharf. The windows in the room were filthy and streaked with bird droppings. It looked as though they had not been cleaned for over a year, and this really detracted from the enjoyment of our stay. Though helpful, the staff seemed undertrained, and we had to keep asking for things. For instance, there was only a coffee machine in the room with two tiny cups, so we asked for a kettle and mugs to make tea, which they brought. But each day the cleaners would take the mugs away and we had to ask for them back. Also the they did not check the hot buffet regularly at breakfast, so sometimes the eggs had been sitting in the trays for a long time and grown skins.
