I had a very pleasant stay at the Clayton Hotel and was very satisfied overall. The room was spacious enough and comfortable, very clean and I especially appreciated having a bathtub in addition to the shower, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring London. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The self check-in and check-out process was easy and convenient and arranging a late check-out was also very straightforward. Another big advantage is the hotel’s excellent location close to public transport, making it easy to get around London. I would happily stay here again.

Lovely hotel clean Check in delayed due to other roomz having a late check out. We had 3 rooms and 2 were delayed until 4pm which was not good enough as we had to be at a venue at 4.30

Good quality facilities and very clean. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast area is quite crowded… try to move the coffee and teas from the corridor!

Hotel and room was clean. Coffee was great with breakfast. Breakfast food was cold and so was the plates. If it wasn't for the coffee,well let's say that saved this hotel a few points. Had to pay to exit the parking area even though I paid. I called the buzzer. Went to reception and got my Money back.
