Good location about 5-10 min walk to Shepherd's Bush and Goldhawk Road tube. Reception staff friendly enough. No hot water and plug for bathroom sink. Stayed for 1 night, which was just about enough.

In a quiet area , the staff were very nice and were able to leave your bags in the office on last day instead of carrying about with you As there 5 of us in one room there was nowhere really to put our luggage.

Very good location, room much better than ibwas expecting as I booked a single. WiFi wasn't brilliant as i was in the top floor, some mould stains in the bathroom but the overall cleanliness was spot on. The WiFi signal. Bathroom cleanliness.

Nothing Where to start?! Awful room,, at the front of the property so very noisy with the street outside, no Aircon just a fan which only worked on high which meant it was very loud and could not sleep so had to turn it off and room was very hot , window open but then really noisy with traffic etc outside but had no choice. Carpet had horrible brown stains on it, shower did not work well and when we went to reception they said they would send a plumber. Supposed plumber turned up with no tools and just made an excuse about a screw loose! As the room was high up in the property we put it down to others having showers, flushing toilets etc and the higher up the property the lower pressure you get. Smoke detector hanging off the ceiling which is a healthy and safety failure. General condition of the room dusty, worn and the mattress and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. Chips in all the furniture, TV did not work as it appears the batteries weren't working. Material on the headboards all peeling off. This hotel is not somewhere I would ever stay again and would not recommend anyone to book. Not worth £110 per night for room only and I would like some compensation back.
