Few yards from railway station. Night club next door, noisy both nights (Saturday and Sunday)
-
Staff giving the key was great
-
Night club a few doors away emptied out at 3am and there were hundreds of partygoers in the street outside the hotel until 5am There was a big fight and when the police came everyone started to go home
-
Great place for the great staying. Quality of the complete service.

Near to metro station There is kettle and minibar. Many beds available Value for money. Old building with some rooms having stained bedsheets and pillows although were washed already. Literally you can’t sleep because of nearby train and metro noise as well as night club blasting music very loudly. You need to make sure that you choose a room away from that areas, if any ,before you come in. No elevator , you need to climb long scary stairs with your luggage. No table for kettle, they put it on the mini bar and there were no complementary water, tea bags or coffee provided.

There would be a random sewer smell come from the toilet
-
Self checkin process horrible to say the least. Poor and unclear instructions for unlocking main door. Owner should have called earlier and explained. Booking should ban this hotel for its outrageous self checkin.

Location to Willesden Junction is good. No Food available. Arriving in the dark its difficult to see the code on the front door locks. I was helped by a friend of the owner who had a torch. The room had a kettle but no mug, only glasses. No milks or tea and coffee. There was a mini-fridge which was good but no local shops open when I arrived at 9pm to get anything. A little bit of work would make this a better place to stay. Again with Booking.com there is no mechanism to ask for a small discount on the room rate to cover minor deficiencies.

The location is conveniently close to the train station. The trains are a bit loud during the night and the windows don't drown out the noises.

Nothing Everything , Location very noisy and property design is the worst design, some rooms without basic guest needs
-
Location near an Underground stop. Good shower, comfy beds. Good size fridge. Several plugs. TV. Unlike many other London facilites at similar price range, it did not require a deposit (which is a ridiculous ask in our opinion from many other places listed on Booking.com in London). A bit awkward shaped room that hindered a bit movement. There is no actual reception (but the staff were quick to respond on WhatsApp or via Booking messages and quickly met us on arrival).

Friendly staff close to the metro station
-
We got another room that is not showed on the website and being close to the train station can create some discomfort for sleeping
-
The bathroom door was broken. We were locked in the bathroom and could not get out. I needed to push the door with great effort and force it to open. Terrible experience.
-
