The location Bedroom was a box with no windows

Location Room was ok a first, but when we came back at 11pm at night the room had a foul smell. The air conditioning also didn’t work very well. Room would not get below 23 degrees. Staff We’re very good on the night shift of switching us rooms. The second room needed some refurb, the doors were falling apart in the bathroom, mould around the tub. I think this is a room that doesn’t get used very often. Also when we got to the second room the pillows are made of down feathers and my daughter is very allergic, no mention of this was on the advert or advised on room facilities.

The room was smaller than expected but very clean and well-stocked. The bed was extermely comfortable. The location of the room was fine. Breakfast N/A We thought the carpets in the hotel corridors needed upgrading, and the wooden doors looked rather outdated.

Muy bueno! The cleanliness was bad, dust everywhere, mold in the bathroom, not enough ciber in the shower so it flooded it

Staff polite, Costa coffee on site. Good location if wanting to be in London. The window is the room - couldn’t open as looked out onto a wall - no sunlight or view. Room was very dark and gloomy and the carpets looked like they needed a good clean.

Good location , staff very friendly and sorted out my change of room very quickly due to the air con in the original room not turning off and too noisy to sleep Very poor quality decor and feel For the normal Hilton hotels we normally stay in and for that reason I wouldn’t book again
