Very clean, delicious breakfast, very kind and helpful staff. The airconditioning worked good, quite big rooms (we had a family room for 4 people), free toiletries, clean bath/shower. They cleaned it daily and honored several wishes. It’s close to the bus which you need daily to reach the touristic attractions. A lot of supermarkets close to you and (halal) restaurants. It’s a safe neighbourhood for families with children and they are still building more apartments and other buildings. I think it will even look better in a couple of years. Our check-out was at 11 AM but fortunately we could store our luggage at the hotel and still go out on our last day in London. Very nice stay, would come again. Thank you! We booked a family room and the room was quite big but the beds were for two people. They did not have a separate beds that we could choose from only two people beds. We were with a family of 4 and we had to share the beds. It was a little bit small because of that. There wasn’t an option to pay extra for separate beds so that was too bad. For the rest there are no bad points.

Paid a little more for a balcony room, well worth it. Loved the view, comfy bed & bath robes. Good coffee machine, complimentary mini bar. Nice toiletries. Very quiet for a busy area. Ideal base for Kew gardens and easy to get into London on train. Very good value, worth upgrading. £17 for parking but it is London!

We all had a very good time. We stayed in your hotel and the. Staff were excellent. When above. And beyond. To help us. Very kind and helpful staff you have. I should have got their names, but I keep your staff. They are a asset to your company. my be Give them a pay rise. O kew Gardens.nly joking, but maybe a bonus. The lady behind the counter at reception was really good. When we arrived and when we went home. We had lunch on our first day in. The hotel. Before we left to go to Kew Gardens. The man that served us lunch. Was very, very professional and polite. We were definitely used your hotel again. Or the Holiday Inn in another. Part of London when we come to visit again. When we come back from Kew Gardens, we had dinner. I was very nice. Then we went and sat out by the river and had a drink before we all went off to bed. We made a lovely memory, this time in Kew Gardens. And you made it even more special. So thank you very much. We all had a very good time. We stayed in your hotel and the. Staff were excellent. The convenience of the place, Stuff were handy and easy to talk to. The corridors lacked the fresh scent ,cool breeze as u walk to your room. It was abit stuffy all through the days I passed through. I expected a better feel. Needs improvement....More duration.. the Ac...should be scented and increase for a better feel

Breakfast is amazingly good than expected. I checked in at top floor during mid-night, when it was quiet, however during daytime it’s extremely noisy on the ceilings for which we could not bear. The reason explained by the staff was because of the heating system equipped on the ceilings. Then they changed my room to a lower floor which is much much better. So avoid staying at the top floor, the. Rest of the facility’s are terrific.
