The room was much bigger than most London hotel rooms, bedding, towels & everything was spotless. Cold bottled water in the fridge was complimentary & really needed after a long train journey. Staff on reception especially Victoria was super helpful. Freshly made breakfast was excellent & much better than a buffet version. Nothing
