Comfy bed - loved having a fridge and water/milk Found it difficult to work out how to operate the lights for different areas. Also difficult to stop water from the shower coming out into the wash basin/toilet srea

Short walk to transport, both Underground and East Thameslink and buses. Lovely rooms and very comfortable beds. Rooms very quiet. Small gripe, no vanity goods like shower cap or body lotion. Even though we had requested items when checking in online.

This hotel is divine!!! We got to London early and Jess was able to give us an early check in which was so amazing and gratefully appreciated, the room itself is stunning, so much space but also quirky and cute, every staff member couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating!!! Nothing!!!

The location was perfect for what we needed , I was glad we upgraded to a V.i.p room as I think a normal room would be too small for us .we loved the large shower area and the size of the sink and bathroom area . Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay . Breakfast was excellent, very hot , fresh and tasty . If anything, it would be that you could maybe put some drinks in the mini bar for coming later in the evening after the bar is shut . But not a massive issue .

Great location on a quiet road. Rooms are very stylish and modern with super comfortable beds. The showers don’t drain properly and leave the bathroom floor flooded. Very expensive for what it is. No loyalty for multiple bookings or repeat visitors.

Staff were 10/10. I had a later check in and the aircon and lights were on in my room for me before arriving N/A there was nothing I didn’t like

Comfy rooms, nice location The shower drainage didn't work properly and so water spilled out into the bathroom when in use. We notified staff who told us it was a known issue and sent extra towels.
