Excellent check in, mini market in foyer is useful, water and apples available. Room was clean. Parts of the bathroom were a little tired, the spa needs a bigger hottub and neither steam room appeared to be working. The room was too hot, but not overly so, and in the way that large hotels say they have air conditioning but not really.

Fantastic location, Drinks prices in the bar.

Location was good Toilet was too low Bath was too high and was a struggle to get in and out of
-
Great location. So close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Also right by multiple tube stations and lots of cafes and restaurants. The spa facilities were quite busy on the afternoon we used them.

The property was in a great location. Our rooms air conditioning was so loud that we had a really bad first night.

Great Location Close to underground Amazing Views of London Bridge & the Shard Breakfast was good Executive room was spacious Bathroom was tiny & dated & there was no extraction fan or it didn’t work. The room on the first night felt very hot, stat said 25 degrees & we couldn’t get the room to cool. Spoke to reception in the morning & I think they got someone to check it & it felt cooler on night 2.

A nice hotel with fantastic staff. The pool was very cold, you couldn’t even get in. There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. It just needs a bit of an upgrade.

It was ideally located, minutes from Tower Hill tube station and walking distance from Tower Bridge & The Tower of London. The hotel was modern, very clean and the staff were very friendly. I would stay at this hotel again.

Absolutely everything! The hotel was immaculate from the rooms to the spa, bar and dining areas. The staff were extremely professional, welcoming and attentive. I especially loved the thoughtful effort they made for my daughter’s 8th birthday. I had mentioned in my request that we were returning after three years to celebrate her birthday, and they prepared our room beautifully with balloons and a lovely kids’ pack. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made her birthday even more special. The attention to detail was amazing, and we felt so welcomed throughout our stay. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and well organised, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special.

The swimming pool and gym facilities were fantastic. The lobby was amazing. The location is really good for the tube. Highly recommended. The scrambled egg was a little bit hard and you had to wait for fried eggs for breakfast. And the bathroom in the executive Suite was a little bit too small. But to be fair, a great hotel.

Nothing much The squeaky beds
-
Very spacious rooms, great location, great aircon and nice to have a swimming pool! The corridor / common areas were quite tired and unclean in parts. The pool could do with more sunbeds
-
