The staff were extremely helpful. They took extra time to help us get a route landed out of London and were all very courteous. Coffee maker did not work. Instant coffee- seems to be a staple in the UK is less than consumer friendly. It is a budget hotel and does fit that category.

The staff was very, very nice and accommodating, the room itself was clean and adiquate, as advertised. The location was suitable, but my choosing wasn't necessarily for the location anyway. Everything was fine except for the occasional whiff of sewage that came from an unknown location within the room. It wasn't a persistent thing, just occurred a couple of instances. The bed's mattress seemed very "springy" with minimal padding.
