For London the price was reasonable. Great rooms. Reception area needs a refresher

The bed was too hard for me (I am over 70) so the staff provided extra bedding to make the mattress softer.

Air con. Location to public transport good. Friendly staff. Noisy due to being near railway line. My fault for not checking. No breakfast facilities. Although great cafe a few doors down which opens at 0730.

Location was excellent. Noise of trains from windows, minimal. Air Con was super efficient...it was like a fridge. Bathroom door was broken and didn't close. No rail or hangers in wardrobe ! Or anywhere to hang clothes! Sensor light flicked on an off with every movement throughout the night, like sleeping in a crazy lighthouse! Rubbish and empty plastic bottles in bathroom from previous guests.

Amazing price for what you get. Spacious room with big bed, nice shower, nice staff who let you keep luggage in luggage room after check out. One of the towels was slightly stained

The room was very smart and large. Great bathroom. Good location. Two min from Putney station. Not too noisy in our street facing room.

Bed size and overall room size Temperature control of the room (fantastic) Shower pressure Loved the essentials (toothbrush & comb etc.) Good lightning overhead and lamps Had to find a new position for the kettle as there was no accessible plug socket where it was originally situated. Lovely size balcony but could not access and use it. Train going past could be heard.
