It is very good place for the money you pay for it. Nothing to dislike.

A very good location for Royal Albert Hall & museums . A small hotel in a nice area offering good accommodation & complimentary breakfast & very friendly & accommodating staff. For us it was ideal as our room was on the first floor although if our room had been at the top of the building we would have struggled with the suitcases as there was no lift.

Location was great and reasonable price No air-conditioning but accept that we were there in an exceptionally hot time

Didn't have no spoons for the tea, coffee. Only one cup in a double room! Tv not working. Really badly dusty room. When trying to tell staff, they had earbuds in so wasnt listening and couldn't understand. Manager had earbuds in too but just smiled a little when we explained about the room and tv.

Location is excellent, especially if you are wanting to do the Natural History Meseum. Room windows didn't open properly and no breakfast option available.

The hotel doesn't have a lift. Great for younger folk or for people who have good knees and can climb many stairs. I wouldn't stay there again for that reason only.

The location of the hotel was very good for the purpose of my visit.

It was in a nice neighborhood close to the Victoria and Albert museum. Wet, dirty towel left hanging on the heating rack behind the bathroom door. Toilet seat was broken. The man at reception said he would the toilet repaired while we were gone for an hour or so. When we returned the dirty, wet towel was still hanging on the bathroom rack. The toilet had not been fixed.

The location . Clean bedding and bathroom State of the room.. Poor breakfast. Poor reception..

The beds Not very cleaned, no elevator

Basic accommodation but clean and functional

Our room was in the bottom room(basement) . It had a steep stairs to get to it and also the outside light never turned off, so our room was always lite up at night time, with no proper blackout curtains or blinds. Did not like that .

Comfortable room at a great location. Comfy beds, ample charging spots. Good bathroom ventilation. Pretty big room! The bathroom was also very spacious. They had a proper wardrobe too. They provided a simple but ample and tasty complimentary breakfast, with great drip coffee. There are several flights stairs and no lift, which was perfectly fine for us but is something to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues. The room forms part of central heating, so we couldn't control the temperature and it was a little too warm.

We had no teabags or coffee in our room and had to ask twice before we got them.
