We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and delicious food. The hotel was spotless, and cleanliness was maintained to a very high standard throughout the property. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, polite, helpful, and empathetic. They were always willing to assist with a smile and made us feel really welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Room was clean, comfortable, good facilities, nice bar area downstairs. On a quiet street with a great cafe with good coffee directly across the road. Close to tube station (10min walk) and has luggage storage. Price was very reasonable compared to other more "touristy" suburbs of London the room was small ( we knew that it was "cosy" at booking) but we were able to get both suitcases open at the same time!

The bathroom was spacious and bright, perfect! The lightning is not great in the bedroom if you wanted to get ready but everything else is lovely

The location was amazing, right in the heart of everything Shoreditch has to offer. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a wonderful night’s sleep! Hand wash, body wash and shampoos in shower were hard to dispense. But the actual shower was wonderful.

Hotel is quite new and is in a good position for the city and east end. Handy being close to Old Street Tube Station. My room at the front of the hotel was quiet. The heating/cooling can't be controlled from your room. The temperature seems to be set. So you either have it on - whereby it got too cold - or off and it got stuffy. Why can't guests do as in most hotels and operate the temperature controls themselves? Shower cubicle don't have doors right across, with the result that everytime I took a shower the bathroom floor got wet. Why can't there be doors like most shower cubicles? And why can't a four star hotel offer decent quality toilet paper. I suggest that future guests bring their own! This next and last point probably only affected my room (and hopefully this was just my room) but it seemed that when the flush was pulled in one of the upstairs rooms it was both very noisy and there was a really unpleasant 'sewage smell'. It didn't seem to happen during the day (though I was out all day) but it certainly did at night - I solved the problem by keeping the bathroom door shut. In fairness to the hotel, I didn't want to have maintenance in the room whilst I was out and I didn't want the inconvenience of having to change rooms, so I only reported it when I checked out. So I'm sure this was just an isolated incldent that the hotel will have sorted.

Comfy beds, good location. Can be a bit loud outside sometimes. Asked for a wake up call but never got one. Luckily, we were awake.
