Amazing stay at Abby Hotel! The services were excellent, the hotel is close to the river and train stations, and it also has a lovely café with great facilities. Special thanks to all the staff for their kindness and hospitality, especially Jacob. Highly recommended!

Friendly stuff, many choices to choose breakfast. A bit longer way to underground, but bus station is near. Room is for 4 person with luggage a bit small, need to be well organized ;)

Good location and very friendly staff N/a

Big smart TV in the room, good breakfast. Overal cleanliness and well equipped room. The room/bathroom could really use some hangers on the walls. We couldn't hang our towels and coats anywhere. Also can be quite loud because of traffic, but thats not the hotels fault.

It was a very good stay.

It was not as shown in the photos. The room was tiny

Place was in a good place, a little far from Wembley stadium in a quiet area . There is a good product store within 5 min walk near the gas station, where you can grab a coffee and some snacks and sandwiches while you’re walking to the metro station. The beds were comfortable . On the first day everything was amazing and we liked it a lot . But for the other 3 days we had a bad experience, as the heating system in the room stopped working . As we were leaving at early hours and coming back late , we were asking to solve the issue , but for 2-3 days the issue wasn’t solved . The situation was worsening as the room cleaner was leaving the window open every time while tidying up, and when we’re returning to the room at late hours the temperature was being very low .

A good hotel for the value. Was clean. Staff nice. Had a restaurant on site. The shower had great water pressure. The bed itself was comfy. The pillows were too hard and there wasn't alternative options like some hotels have. I wouldn't say it was a deal breaker for me, but would have preferred options. People said the location was so great. I don't know if I just didn't know where I was but it was a mile walk to the closest tube station I found, I didn't see a multitude of stores or restaurants close so I just don't quite understand what was so great about the location.

Quirky, friendly and good location for work. Lift was weird. Go up in the lift to come back down stairs.

Staff were incredible. Room was spotless and even our micro twin had coffee and tea and a small fridge. The downstairs café had great breakfast and lunch options, plus extended hours, and overall this was a great value for money. Quick access to bus lines, good location for Wembley (20 mn) and about an hour to central London. Nothing to say here. It's certainly not the Hilton but you won't find a cleaner place or a more hospitable team. And judging from the number of workers who came in to eat, it's a popular spot for food as well.

Breakfast was great, a good selection cooked to order. Staff at breakfast time were friendly and helpful. Short Uber trip from Wembley stadium (£5 journey) Only one pillow each in the bedroom, we arrived late at night with tired children and didn't ask for more. Also only 2 mugs in a room for family of 4, again probably could of asked for more but a bit of a pain. Mattresses were quite hard. Unfortunately we could hear the guests in the next room (who seemed to be unwell) through the walls.

Very clean Best part was microwave and freez (I used microwave but didn’t use freez) but never saw that in any other hotel before I was single traveler but two beds (unusual and extra) Good light mood Staff guy at reception was very nice and no time wastage done but gave the key and very time conscious during breakfast time He also helped me to correct on sausage (I didn’t eat pork so he offered me alternative ) nice breakfast Despite of running busy during morning he was handling everyone so politely and with morning thanks All was good enough

Friendly welcome and staff. Great location for getting to Wembley.

the area around the hotel was super dirty and filled with trash..

Great room (lots of space, air conditioner, comfortable bed, and different pillow types to choose from). The staff was very welcoming and helpful (even helped us arrange an Uber). A great array of breakfast choices in the morning. Our room faced Wembley Stadium, and we were stunned by how close we were. We really liked this hotel! We would stay here again. The shower had a slow drain when we used it, but they were notified and fixed it. Buses do not run to Wembley Stadium during concert events, but Uber drivers are everywhere.
