Very hot There was only a small fan on the floor, and its noise was very annoying. The bed wasn't really a bed it was just a mattress placed on top of the metal frame, and every movement made a noise.

The location was great! Some staff were very nice. All necessities were mostly met. We were refused access to our room for part of a day with no prior notice. The room was being fumigated and we were told differing things about the reason. There were things we needed from the room and needed to put in the room and we were not able to. Some of the lockers to keep our belongings were broken.

The manager Zack was incredibly diplomatic and helpful when explaining that I had “aged out” so I can’t really comment on the facility. If I were hiring I would want him to be my manager. Massive challenges keeping people safe and comfortable, upholding policies and ensuring all guests have exit policies Wish I could have stayed

Locker doesn't have any locker provided. The pillow and mattress are really bad.

Compared to hotels in the area, suuuper affordable. BAD wifi. They make you pay extra for everything. Everything thing is executed as cheap as possible.

Good location, near hyde Park, clean.

The place was clean and well kept.
-
the location was perfect and the staff was so friendly, everything was clean as well
-
Bathrooms was not clean. Charging money just to let the suitecases after checkout is not a good idea and top of that when paying for this asking for a Tip. Only the USB chargers available. Charging via Adapter is not possible there

Amazing place with great vibes. The staff were super helpful and friendly, the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The common areas were also really pleasant. The location is excellent, just a short walk from lots of great restaurants and coffee shops, and public transport makes it easy to get anywhere from there. It would have been great to have more accessible charging spots, especially for the top beds.

Personal always helpful and happy to give directions. The beds are comfortable clean, bathrooms clean, kitchen handy for cooking meals. It’s a place that I can go back again and again.

The staff here is amazing. Friendly, helpful and gracious. Matthew and Lily stood out and went out of their way on a couple of occasion, which took me by suprise and which I was very grateful for! It's such a relief when staff are proactive and make things easy for guests. Honestly, everyone was very welcoming, kind and accommodating. I liked the beds in my last room. They were a bit bigger and had shields for privacy and darkness. I also liked that shower + bathroom were separate. The location is perfect, perfect for exploring Kensington, Knightsbridge, Notting Hill, the parks and museums. Everything is right on the doorstep. Even Whole Foods is a short walking distance away. It's a huge plus! I appreciated the free tea + coffee. The kitchen seating area is spacious and nice to eat in. The lounge is equally spacious and relaxing and available until late. I loved that one of the guests played the piano. I didn't like the state of the showers in any of the rooms I stayed in. I wish they'd be kept cleaner. Gosh, it would be awesome to have an elevator! ? I didn't use the iron + ironing board, but was told that I shouldn't venture to due to mineral buildup on the iron.
