The breakfast was very good. The breakfast staff were very friendly and polite. The location was also excellent, as the hotel was right next to the train station There were no sports or fitness facilities at the hotel. Also, one of the elevators was out of service, so only one was available during our stay.

Great location right next to the Chelsea Design Centre. Bed was super comfortable, friendly check in staff. Good value as we stayed on a Sunday

Breakfast was fine. It was added as a courtesy by the duty manger Aqil, after we’d experienced some difficulties with the service. The facilities are in poor condition and not cleaned well. There was a large amount of dry glue on the inside of the cabinet, the washrooms were moldy, and the carpets had unsightly stains in them. For the cost of the stay, this was unacceptable.

It was the perfect location for my daughter’s summer school bus ride every morning and afternoon. However, in order to find restaurants and shops one needs to walk quite far. There is a Tesco express right across the street which is very convenient for getting water and snacks . The area is lovely it has fresh air literally from the river and metaphorically in terms of modern buildings. Very residential Housekeeping was really bad! The room was never cleaned properly never made up nicely. We stayed for a total of 8 nights and i had to complain about the cleaning 2 times. Also , no free water which is unacceptable! And when I told the receptionist that in all other Double Trees we stayed we always had water, she simply turned her back to me and said “well not in this establishment “!!!!

The closeness to the train station and ease to get to different places

Staff was very unassertive. They charge for one bottle of water. I tried to order room service and the staff told me that I needed to figure it out myself. I ended up going to the bar to order me food however I was left at the bar for hours with no one there to help me.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Adequate breakfast . Good access to Chelsea Wharf Poor location. It’s really not Chelsea and has poor access by tube or for Uber. A long way from main points of interest. Staff were just ok. Had to change our room key several times, just one lift working. Apart from a clean and comfortable room was expensive for what it represented

The smell. First of, on my first evening, when I was trying to relax right after checking in, there was incredibly strong cigarette scent across the whole floor, including the room. It even made me wake up! I notified the reception — apparently, they do not check for that kinda thing themselves, despite the hotel being positioned as non-smoking. After some time, they managed to get rid of most of the smoke (or someone just stopped smoking, it's hard to say...) and in a few hours the issue was somewhat gone. Unfortunately, it seems like this is happening somewhat regularly, so in general, the hotel smells kinda poorly and there's always at least a bit of the scent being present. I even checked out earlier since there's no point in being inside, it's impossible to relax.

We stayed at the hotel for 15 days with my kids and had a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Neha, Nashid, Rafid, and Shamsad for making our stay so comfortable. They were always friendly, smiling, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Their kindness and excellent service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality!
