Good location by Victoria station. The staff was extremely friendly and kind to both me and my child. The room had aircon and a good size tv with YouTube available to use Room was quite small, but I believe they are targeted for professionals who are just looking for a place to stay. There was no space for storage besides putting the bags under the bed. But this might’ve been due to the room I booked so I can’t blame the hotel for that. My son keeps saying how comfy the bed was and I agree with him! Although small the room was comfy

Great price, friendly staff, room had everything you need for a comfortable sleep for a night or two Very little soundproofing between rooms. Aircon was a bit noisy.

Great location Booked a wheelchair accessible room but the hotel was not level access. Although ramps were used by staff for our entry into the hotel. It made me feel unsafe and trapped in the room. Rooms were much smaller than expected. No tea or coffee making facilities.

Close to the tube. Friendly staff. Good value for money. I wish the doors at the lobby locked by a key card during the day as I was wandering in and out all the time and I could’ve been anyone. I know the outside one was locked at night.

Place was very clean and staff were nice and friendly. Not much space in the bedroom for two people. Shower in bathroom was not comfortable as it was too small.

The location The photos are deceptive. The rooms are extremely small. It feels like you’re staying in a match box.
