Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The staff was extremely kind, accommodating and helpful. The location, while a bit outside of central London, was excellent and exactly what I wanted. Everything was perfect

Great location and staff. The views are beautiful, and it is very peaceful after spending a day out and about in London. Rooms a very quiet and I loved the fact that this is a very small boutique style hotel, especially as a female travelling alone. Fulham Pier Market is also great, and the Rooftop Bar was wonderful. The shower floor was tile and very slippery. Also, the shower hardware was positioned in such a way in the walk-in shower that you got splashed with cold water when you turned it on.
