Location

Location was perfect 10 min from Liverpool street station, bus station is nearby as well Breakfast was not good enough for the price we paid (is not included)

Great staff. Great location. Rooms are small but good. Well designed for the space. No fridge in the room. Rooms a bit small in some cases. Two rooms we had, one was ok the other the bed was against a wall and room was a bit smaller. This is common in london as well as the accomodatiob being expensive for what you get. Most other places in europe youll simply get more for your money. London expect it to be small, tight room for a very high price. Not hubs fault, irs the nature of the beast. Expectation management though.

Amazing location and a nice atmosphere when you walk inside, nice airconditioning in the room which you can control The chair in the tiny room took up way too much space and no toilet brush, I think that’s a necessity
-
Good location and good price. Comfy bed Air conditioning smelled like dirty socks. Wish window could open to let in fresh air
-
Good value for money and good location, walking distance to central London
-
Convenient location for SXSW.

Great price great location my forth time stying. For a short stay is perfect. The carpet in the rooms, I know this is a standard in London hotels but i don’t enjoy the carpet. the room was not as clean as before.
-
I was in a basement room which had a strong musty smell and black stains on the carpet.
-
Breakfast was great selection, quality and variety. Nothing

Excellent location and hotel without breaking the bank! I’ve stayed in several hotels around London at twice the price and The Hub Shoreditch easily comparable. Rooms are small but smartly appointed with room enough for two people with two large suitcases. Bed is snug for two, truly a double by Canadian standards. Love Shoreditch area- easy 20-30 min walk to London bridge and south side of Tower Bridge. Took the Elizabeth line (tube) straight from Heathrow to Liverpool station then a 10 minute walk to the hotel from there.

Great location, Friendly staff, good place to work on the ground floor by the bar room very small. ok for one person would unlikely fit two people
-
Construction of the room was well thought out providing enough storage space on very little room. Staff was generous. Bar open until 3am. Located close to Overground station. Early check in and late check out. Environment was a bit questionable in the late evenings not necessarily providing a safe feeling.
-
Great location in East London. Staff very helpful and friendly, and allowed me to do an early check-in for an extra £15. A life saver after a long overnight flight! Compact but well-designed rooms. Excellent optional breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. I requested a room refresh midway through my stay, but housekeeping never came.

Compact but very clean and convenient. My room looked out to the rail tracks but no noise disturbance from trains.

The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes walk from Liverpool Street station. I found it a good location, there are bars and restaurants not too far away as well, and the Shoreditch area has some interesting places to visit foodwise. As for the stay , it was pleasant. I liked the layout of the room, it felt very functional and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty, it wasn't very varied but what was on offer tasted good. The breakfast area also doubled as a bar later in the day and was actually a pleasant place to just sit down after a long day exploring London. The breakfast could have been more varied.
-
Proximity to Shoreditch, Spitalfields and Brick lane. Breakfast was fab! Beds were hard and duvets thin. Not as comfy as Premier Inn!
-
The location is great I received a dirty room. Everything seemed very dirty (duvet, pillows, bathroom, rugs).

Location. Staff was helpful. Hot drinks available anytime. Room was comfy. Room 317- The shower head was leaking-needs adjustment. Couldn’t control the hot water. No fridge in room. Breakfast could have been better with any hot vegetable choices…..only meats and sweet beans. Eggs were ok. Scrambled could have been tastier and less cooked!
